IQOS products are available for online ordering at IQOS website with free delivery within 3 hours*.
IQOS zones are temporary closed.
In order to provide you with uninterrupted support our IQOS Care mobile teams will be available in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Mostar every day from 09-18:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10-18:30 p.m. IQOS is with you in other cities, as well for which we have provided free delivery of replacement devices within 24 hours.
