Store service
We are happy to welcome you again to our opened IQOS stores. Our aim is to ensure adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products can have great experience with IQOS, if they want to discover, get assistance with a product demonstration, purchase or service their device.

Taking care of everyone
We care deeply about our IQOS users and IQOS store team, so we have taken a few measures.

In-store service
The entry inside the store will be guided by our store staff. When visiting us, we kindly ask you to follow the social distancing rule and maintain the 2 meter distance

Hygiene procedures
At the same time, we have implemented further measures, that include but are not limited to professional sanitization of the entire store, strict sanitization of devices post lending and guided trial and usage of protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, for both our store staff and consumers.
