WHAT IS THE IQOS CLUB?

IQOS CLUB is a free of charge status-based loyalty program. IQOS adult users can join IQOS CLUB and collect points in order to access benefits. IQOS CLUB has three (3) main statuses – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each status grants access to a specific set of benefits. Silver benefits are accessible to all IQOS CLUB members, Gold benefits are accessible to IQOS CLUB members with at least [200] points and Platinum benefits are accessible to IQOS CLUB members with at least [300] points.

HOW PROGRAM WORKS?

The IQOS CLUB has three (3) statuses - Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each status allows access to a specific set of benefits. WHO CAN JOIN THE IQOS CLUB?

IQOS users over the age of 18 who are registered in our IQOS database are eligible for IQOS CLUB. Membership in the IQOS CLUB is open only to individuals who have registered at least one IQOS device.

HOW TO JOIN IQOS CLUB?

As an IQOS user over the age of 18, with at least one registered IQOS device, you become a "Member of the IQOS CLUB" ("Member"). The IQOS Club can be accessed through the links provided in the IQOS Club email or by typing www.iqos.com in the URL section of the browser and selecting the IQOS CLUB section.
