Currently, you can assist a product guided trial, purchase devices, HEETS and accessories and service your existing device.

The community space has been temporarily repurposed in order to meet the social distancing standards.

The entry inside the store will be guided by our store staff. When visiting us, we kindly ask you to follow the social distancing rule and maintain the 2 meters recommended distance. Protective equipment (masks, gloves) will be provided shall you wish to use it.

We have implemented measures, that include but are not limited to professional sanitization of the entire store, strict sanitization of devices post lending and guided trial and usage of protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, for both our store staff and consumers.

Cash on delivery - You pay the entire amount of the order in cash when picking up the shipment.

We want your IQOS experience to be always top notch. To make this possible, we have upgraded the standard delivery service to free delivery within 2 to 3 business days, for all online device orders.

We've extended the free testing period of our devices to 15 days, so you don't have to worry about getting it back. We'll let you know when you need to return it or decide to buy it.
